Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Store Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, accounting, inventory management, production entries, and stock control. The role requires coordination between the Accounts, Purchase, Production, and Store departments to ensure accurate financial records and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal, and contra entries.
  • Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, credit notes, and billing records.
  • Support GST documentation, invoice verification, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Maintain accounting, inventory, purchase, sales, and production records accurately in Tally Prime.
  • Manage production entries from raw material procurement to finished goods and sales.
  • Assist in product costing, material consumption tracking, and BOM-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and consumables.
  • Monitor stock movement, material transfers, and warehouse transactions.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials in the godown.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain re-order levels to avoid shortages.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Store Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST, accounting principles, inventory management, and production entries.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, and production processes.
  • Understanding of costing, BOM, and material consumption analysis.
