Key Responsibilities

• Meet orthodontic and dental product dealers, distributors, orthodontic labs, and key accounts across different cities.
  
  

• Visit and build relationships with dental and orthodontic colleges, introducing Penta Orthodontics' product range.
  
  

• Represent the company at dental/orthodontic expos, exhibitions, and industry events (including weekends if required).
  
  

• Willing to travel  across India to generate new leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships.

• Work from the office most days, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.

• Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
  
  

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  
  

• Identify potential market opportunities and provide inputs for improving marketing and sales strategies.
  
  

• Maintain accurate sales reports, visit records, and customer data in the CRM system.
  
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on expanding the dealer and institutional network.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel can apply).
  
  

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while on the move.
  
  

• Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus).
  
  

• Willingness to travel pan-India extensively.
